Tucson Man Charged With Murder In Fatal Shooting

Antonio Ulysses Collins was charged with second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Chad Aaron Hill. Here's what we know.

TUCSON, AZ — A Tucson man was charged in an early morning fatal shooting in east Tucson and was arrested Thursday more than 100 miles away, Tucson police said.

Antonio Ulysses Collins, 37, was charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Chad Aaron Hill just before 3:30 a.m. Thursday in an apartment complex on Golf Links Road west of the Pantano Wash, police said.

If convicted, Collins faces a sentence of 10 to 22 years in prison.

Collins is currently in jail in Maricopa County on $1 million bail.

Police arrested Collins in Buckeye about 2:30 p.m. Thursday, police said.
