A man walking on the 2500 block of South Treat Avenue when he saw the man lying in front of a home.It was around 12:30 in the afternoon.The man called police and while they have not released the victim's name, they know who it is. Because of what the police say are the man's gang affiliation, officers called detectives from the department's Gang Unit. .
