TUCSON, AZ — Tucson’s Palo Verde Magnet High School was threatened on social media yesterday, and police conducted an investigation last night. Two of the high school’s students were questioned, TUSD told KVOA.

“Palo Verde Magnet High School takes matters like these very seriously, and out of an abundance of caution followed up on the issue this morning. In collaboration with School Safety and the school resource officer, we have determined there is no threat to our students or school,” wrote the Palo Verde Administration on its Facebook page earlier today.

There is additional campus security today, however, a TUSD spokesperson told KVOA.
