• Lakes Committee hears from ADEQ about algal blooms (hsvvoice.com) — Hot Springs Village lake users are getting new guidance after an ADEQ expert briefed the POA Lakes Committee on algal blooms in Lake DeSoto, including fish-eating tips and when to avoid bright green water. Public Services director Matt Broom also updated residents on nutrient testing at Lake DeSoto and the ongoing Lake Balboa drawdown and dredging plans, including how homeowners can help provide access points.
