Target is also getting in on the back-to-school spirit, offering discounts on school supplies, including markers, notebooks and folders. The retail chain is also offering 20% lunch boxes, 30% off kids' and toddler shoes, and is offering a $15 giftcard to any Target Circle member who spends $50 on household essentials. For college students, there are sales on kitchen and dining items, iPads and accessories and organization items.
