CALIFORNIA — The holiday season is a busy time for everyone, especially parents. Take some of the stress off your plate and consider dining in or picking up a festive meal this Thanksgiving.
Restaurants throughout California are offering dine-in specials, all-you-can-eat buffets and takeout meal deals. So ditch the kitchen and relax with family and friends this holiday season.

Acapulco
Acapulco is offering an all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving buffet on Thanksgiving Day. The menu includes a turkey and ham carving station, apple-jalapeno stuffing, chipotle-honey sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, a taco station, Mexican favorites, soups, salads and a dessert bar with pumpkin pie. There will also be unlimited champagne, plus $6 margaritas and beers. The buffet costs $39.50 for adults and $13.50 for kids.

Black Angus Steakhouse
Black Angus Steakhouse is offering Thanksgiving meals to-go. Meals are fully-cooked and include sliced roasted turkey, garden salad, mashed potatoes with gravy, sage dressing, sweet potatoes, broccoli with garlic butter, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie and molasses bread. Meals cost $106.99 for four, $210.99 for eight or $314.99 for 12 people. Meals must be ordered by 6 p.m. Nov. 26 and picked up before 6 p.m. on Nov. or 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
The chain will also be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thanksgiving Day for dine-in and takeout. The restaurant's traditional turkey dinner costs $29.99 for adults and $12.99 for kids.
Buca di Beppo
Buca di Beppo is offering a traditional Thanksgiving feast. The feast includes sliced white meat turkey, homestyle gravy, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, spicy Italian sausage stuffing, seasonal vegetables, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. Diners who place their order by Nov. 26 will receive 10% off.
Chart House
Chart House is offering Thanksgiving meals to-go. Turkey family meal packs cost $100 and include cornbread stuffing, masked potatoes, gravy, creamed spinach, cranberry relish and pie. Prime rib family meal packs cost $120 and include house salad, three-potato garlic mashed, creamed spinach, beef au jus, horseradish sour cream and pie. Meals serve three to four people. Meals must be pre-ordered by 4 p.m. Nov. 26.
Chart House will also be open on Thanksgiving Day. The three-course menu will feature a classic Thanksgiving dinner or Chart House favorite dishes.
Chevys Fresh Mex
Chevys Fresh Mex is offering a three-course Thanksgiving meal that features salad, roasted turkey with mole sauce, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, sweet corn tamalito, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. Beers, $6 margaritas, mimosas and unlimited champagne will also be available. The chain will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The meal costs $35 for adults and $12 for kids.
Claim Jumper Steakhouse and Bar
Claim Jumper Steakhouse and Bar is offering three-course holiday to-go family platters. Choose between slow-roasted turkey and smoked ham — or both. Meals include fresh herb bread, Caesar salad, stuffing with savory gravy, roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, sweet mashed potatoes, orange cranberry relish and choice of pumpkin pie or apple pie. Meals serve six to eight people and cost $145-$155.
The chain will also be open for dine-in or takeout on Thanksgiving Day. Three-course Thanksgiving dinners are on the menu and come with salad, choice of entree and dessert.
Cracker Barrel
Cracker Barrel is offering a Thanksgiving turkey feast that feeds eight to 10 people. The meal includes two turkey breasts, turkey gravy, cranberry relish, sweet potato casserole with pecans, green beans, mashed potatoes, sweet yeast rolls, and pumpkin pie and pecan pie.
The chain will also be open regular hours on Thanksgiving Day. The menu will feature a traditional Thanksgiving meal with turkey, stuffing, gravy, homestyle sides and pumpkin pie. Customers can dine-in or order their meal to-go.
Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse
Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse is offering a Thanksgiving special Nov. 28 through Dec. 31. The Chef's Holiday Feature is a 38-ounce bone-in New York strip king cut for $195 per person and sweet potato casserole for $19.
El Torito
El Torito is offering an all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving buffet on Thanksgiving Day. The menu includes a turkey and ham carving station, apple-jalapeno stuffing, chipotle-honey sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, a taco station, Mexican favorites, soups, salads and a dessert bar with pumpkin pie. There will also be unlimited champagne, plus $6 margaritas and beers. The buffet costs $39.50 for adults and $13.50 for kids. Note that the buffet costs $41.50 for adults and $13.50 for kids at the Marina del Rey, Monterey, Redondo Beach and San Leandro locations.
Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar
Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar is offering a three-course Thanksgiving to-go bundle. The meal serves six and features herb-roasted turkey, filet mignon or prime bone-in ribeye. Three-course bundles are available as well as select a la carte salads, sides and desserts. Meals are available ready to heat or ready to serve. Meals are available for pick up or delivery Nov. 22-27 and Nov. 29-Dec. 1.
The steakhouse chain will also be open starting at 11 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The three-course menu features herb-roasted turkey, filet mignon or prime bone-in ribeye, as well as a starter, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans with apricots and onions, cinnamon orange cranberry sauce and dessert. The meal starts at $65 per guest. A children's three-course menu will also be available for $31.
Golden Corral
Golden Corral is offering a holiday buffet this Thanksgiving. The menu features carved roasted turkey, carved glazed ham and carved pork roast, along with holiday favorites such as stuffing, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, pumpkin and pecan pie.
The buffet chain is also offering to-go holiday feasts. Meals include roasted turkey, glazed ham or bone-in pork roast, plus a variety of traditional sides, a dozen yeast rolls and a whole pie. To-go meals serve six to eight people. Orders must be placed 72 hours in advance.
Morton's The Steakhouse
Morton's The Steakhouse is offering a Thanksgiving meal to-go. The family meal feeds four for $189. The meal includes roasted turkey roulade, savory sage and cranberry stuffing, turkey gravy, twice-baked au gratin potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, egg and onion loaf with honey whipped butter, and four slices of pumpkin-spiced cheesecake. Pre-orders must be placed by 9 p.m. Nov. 25. Pick up will take place from 1-7 p.m. Nov. 27.
The upscale chain will be open on Thanksgiving Day. The four-course feast costs $69 per person.
Norms
Norms is offering Holiday Family Meals. The takeout family meal feeds four for $99.99. The meal includes roast turkey breast or brown sugar-glazed ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey gravy and cranberry sauce (with turkey). The meal is also served with chicken and sausage gumbo soup, salad and a whole pumpkin or apple pie. The chain is offering the meals for pick up through Jan. 6. Pick up is available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
Prefer to dine-in? Norms will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The chain will be serving a traditional four-course Thanksgiving meal for $19.99, plus Little Gobblers plates for $13.99 for diners 10 and younger.
