Mayor Denis Weber proclaimed July 27th as National Day of the Cowboy in Agoura Hills. Weber presented this year's proclamation to locals Dave Thornbury, Buck Wicall and Ruth Gerson. Gerson dedicated the honor to "the undying spirit of the American cowboy."
