Agoura Hills High School Talks to Feature Discussions on Hot Topics

The talks will delve into topics such as parties and cyber education.

Parents at Agoura High School can take part in a series of talks about issues that teens face. 

The free talks will be held the first Wednesday of every month, starting at 7 p.m. at Agoura Hills High School in Room A-1, according to organizers. 

The first talk, "High School for Newbies -- It's Party Time," is set for Oct. 2 and is meant for freshmen.

The next talk, "Cyber Education," is set for Nov. 6 and will feature Lori Getz, a cyber education specialist. The Dec. 4 talk is called "Parties! They are a Reality," followed by the Jan. 8 student panel “What I Wish I Knew Back Then.”

The Sept. 4 talk, “High School for Dummies,” was canceled.
