Agoura Hills To Host Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic Next Month
The City of Agoura Hills is hosting a drive-through flu shot clinic on Fri., Oct. 8.
AGOURA HILLS, CA -- Looking to get vaccinated before the upcoming flu season?
The City of Agoura Hills is hosting a drive-thru flu shot clinic from 10 AM to 4 PM on Fri., Oct. 8 at Agoura Hills City Hall. The event is open to all persons 5+ years and older.

The city says to receive the shot, the following must be brought: a California ID or driver's license; a copy of your insurance card; all prescription and/or medical insurance cards. A consent form must also be filled out. The form will be sent with an email confirming your appointment.
