Agoura Hills Shoulder, Bike Lane Closure Begins Tuesday

AGOURA HILLS, CA — Residents will see a small closure Tuesday on Kanan Road near Hillrise Drive.

The shoulder and bike lane on northbound Kanan Road just north of Hillrise Drive closed around 9 a.m. Tuesday and were expected to reopen by 3 p.m. No traffic lanes were affected, meaning no detours or alternate routes were necessary, according to Jessica Forte, Public Works Director for Agoura Hills.

The rolling closure was part of a geotechnical investigation near Medea Creek, according to Forte.

There was some traffic Tuesday morning on Kanan Road and Hillside Drive.
