All parks in Agoura Hills were closed until further notice after heavy rains hit the Los Angeles area.

AGOURA HILLS, CA — All parks in Agoura Hills were closed after heavy rains hit the area.
It was not immediately clear when the parks would reopen after the announcement Tuesday morning. Recreation department programming was expected to continue, according to the city of Agoura Hills.
Agoura Hills was hit with around 6.72 inches of rain over the last week, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works. The weekend alone dropped around 5 inches in the area.
