Offload Hazardous Waste In Agoura Hills On Saturday

The city of Agoura Hills will host a hazardous waste disposal event on Saturday for neighboring communities.

AGOURA HILLS, CA — The city of Agoura Hills will host a hazardous waste event on Saturday for local and neighboring residents to offload things like used oil, car batteries and more.

The event will last from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at City Hall, located at 3001 Ladyface Court. Here is a list of acceptable and prohibited items:

Acceptable:

  • used oil
  • oil filters, anti-freeze
  • car batteries
  • latex water based paint

Unacceptable:

  • stains
  • varnish
  • enamel oil based paint
  • pesticides
  • household batteries

Residents from Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Calabasas and Thousand Oaks are invited to drop off these items Saturday.
