Thieves Swiped Woman's Wallet In Westlake Costco Parking Lot: Deputies

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA — Deputies are searching for three people suspected of taking a woman's wallet from her purse in a Costco parking lot, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The incident occurred on Dec. 7 at around 4 p.m. in the parking lot of the Westlake Village Costco. A man and two women followed the victim out of the store and the man ended up taking the victim's wallet from her purse, deputies said.

The suspects left the Costco in an Infiniti SUV, deputies said.

The victim later reported her stolen credit cards were declined at a Walmart, deputies said.
