Triunfo YMCA Summer Camp and Swim Lessons Signups Underway

The Triunfo YMCA, serving Westlake Village, Agoura and Oak Park, is signing up participants for its summer camp program and summer swim classes. Summer camp is June 17 through August 16. Two-week swim sessions begin June 17 with the last swim session beginning July 29.

Triunfo YMCA summer camp is held at Willow Elementary School (29026 Laro Dr., Agoura Hills). Campers are grouped by grade levels (kindergarten and first grades, second and third grades, fourth and fifth grades and sixth, seventh and eighth grades). Children can attend full or part time.

"Activities are all age appropriate," says Chrissy Ehrlich, Triunfo YMCA lead program director. "Campers will swim and go on field trips. Every Y program includes an emphasis on character building and social responsibility. Participants grow as individuals and as part of a group."

Swim lessons take place at Agoura High School (28545 Driver Ave., Agoura Hills) and are for swimmers ages six months to adult. Thirty-minute group and private lessons are available.
