AGOURA HILLS, CA — A vehicle turned sideways caused significant traffic on the state Route 101, the Ventura Freeway, Thursday afternoon, according to California Highway Patrol.

There were no reported injuries, according to CHP.

A car turned over onto its side around 12:25 p.m. on the northbound 101 freeway near Lindero Canyon Road, according to CHP. Multiple cars pulled over to help the passengers, who were standing in the center divider near their car, according to CHP.

It was not immediately clear why the car turned over.

There was significant traffic on the northbound 101 freeway Thursday afternoon around Lindero Canyon Road.
