What Would You Like to See Replace the Agoura Hills Diner?

Johnny Rockets, which opened its doors in 1993, was once located there. It was briefly replaced by the Agoura Hills Diner. 

Now, once again, the space located at 5015 Cornell Road is vacant.

What would you like to see in this part of Agoura Hills next to the movie theater? Is there anything you feel is missing? A retail store, service, another restaurant or cafe?
