ALAMEDA, CA— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

Vanessa Fogarty is an amazing mother and daughter. She has overcome monumental challenges through sheer strength of will and is the most loving mother to her two boys. We love her so much and are so proud of and grateful for her.
