CALIFORNIA — An Atmospheric River flowed into Northern California Thursday, bringing street and highway flooding, mud and rock slides, power outages, National Weather Service advisories, a blanket of snow in the Sierra, and more.

To cap off the wrath of Nature, four earthquakes rattled the Bay Area.
