Women's Vision Boarding

Women gathering Saturday January 10th 2-5pm @ Improv Central located at 500 Central Ave Alameda CA. Please arrive on time, bring a water bottle, snack/ finger food to share if you wish, option to sit on ground ( bring pillows or use our tables), we have art supplies but always welcome more, remember to bring a suggested donation ($15 to $25) for the Sound Bath Practitioner as there will be a Sound Bath for the last 25 minutes. Plan to stay for the Sound Bath it will seal our intentions & visions. We are looking forward to the creative juices flowing! We still have 6 spaces if you know a friend who would like to join.
