Join us for a peaceful meditation session, starting with a short guided practice (5-10 minutes) to help you settle in and ground, followed by silent meditation to deepen your experience.
This is a welcoming space for everyone - whether you are just beginning your meditation journey or you have been practicing for years.
It’s a chance to unwind, connect with the present moment, and share in the calm and peace of the group. Let’s come together, breathe, and simply be.
Note: You are welcome to stay after the 10:30 AM session. There is a 10-minute break in between to allow those coming only to the meditation session to settle in. The FREE Meditation ends at 12:15 PM
