<p>This class offers a harmonious blend of slow, deliberate movement and deep, sustained stretches, creating a peaceful yet dynamic practice.</p>
<p>The class starts with a slow flow that gradually transitions to yin yoga where each pose is held for 2-3 minutes, allowing for a deep release of tension in the body’s connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia.</p>
<p>The slow pace of the transitions, combined with the long-held poses, creates a space for introspection and relaxation, making it ideal for releasing both physical and emotional tension.</p>
<p>The focus is on cultivating a mindful connection to the breath and sensations in the body, allowing practitioners to deepen their awareness with each movement and breath and to resent their nervous system.</p>

Yin Yoga targets the deeper tissues of the body, such as the connective tissues, joints, and bones. Through gentle, longer-held passive stretches, we will release tension and stress, allowing our bodies and minds&nbsp;to relax and unwind. As you surrender into each pose, your mind will quiet and your spirit will lift, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and at peace.</p>

<p>Welcome!</p>
<p>On Sunday&nbsp;1/4, from 6:30-8pm, indulge in 45 minutes of Gentle Yoga and a 45 minute Sound Bath. Starting with grounding and breathwork, then easing into a gentle practice you will find your way back home to the body.</p>
<p>After gently moving the body, enjoy an immersive listening journey to soothe and relax your mind, body and soul. This full-body experience uses different sounds and frequencies to invite deep relaxation and rest.</p>
<p>With the use of Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, sea and wave drums, monochord, harmonium and voice, Jennifer invites you to go within and find a deeper sense of calm.<br></p>

<p>Join us for a one-of-a-kind workshop that blends the healing energy of Reiki with the restorative flow of Yoga. Led by Reiki Master Liz Strickland and Svastha Yoga Hub founder Tatiana Stollman, this 2-hour session invites you to unwind through a slow yoga flow guided by Tatiana’s warm approach. As you open your body’s energy pathways, Liz’s Reiki energy deepens relaxation and helps release energetic blocks.</p>

<p>Suitable for all levels, this supportive space allows you to honor your limits while nurturing inner calm, leaving you refreshed, centered, and connected to your highest self.</p>

<p>The workshop will begin with a quick teaching on Reiki and a guided meditation, followed with a gentle yoga flow and concluding with Liz sending Reiki (aka universal life force energy) to each student and Tatiana offering optional adjustments in savasana.</p>

<p>All levels welcome, no prior experience required.</p>
