<p>Yoga Sculpt is a type of yoga that incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts into a traditional yoga class. It is designed to build lean muscle mass, improve strength and flexibility, and boost metabolism.</p>
<p>Come to sweat and deeply relax at the end... Savasana (final pose) never felt this great!!</p>
<p>Note: We provide everything that you need at no additional cost to you.</p>
