The Alameda Police Department has expanded its capabilities to better serve the City of Alameda by launching the SPIDR Tech application.
Once the call for service is complete, the caller will receive mobile-friendly surveys so they can provide immediate feedback regarding their public safety interaction. These surveys will provide a direct line of communication between the community and the Department, allowing public safety officials to make more informed decisions at the operational level and identify areas for new or enhanced training.
“We strive to provide the best service to the City of Alameda, and SPIDR Tech gives the Department another tool to enhance service, communication, and receive instant feedback from reporting parties,” said Nishant Joshi, Chief of Police.
