The man is also accused of sending threatening emails to Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee, according to a report from the East Bay Times.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — An El Cerrito man charged in connection with sending threatening emails to Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee is now also being accused of vowing to "skin" a San Francisco federal judge, according to a report from the East Bay Times and court records.

A federal grand jury will decide whether David Pokorny will face additional charges for the threatening messages authorities say he sent to Senior U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer last fall, according to the report.

“I am a terrorist, and I’m happy to spill your blood,” Pokorny emailed Breyer, according to federal court records. “Spilling the blood of tyrants like you feels good. It feels real good :-).”
