Lane Closures Planned On I-880, I-990 This Week In Oakland
Caltrans will be performing roadwork Wednesday and Thursday. One lane will be open.
OAKLAND, CA — Two lanes of southbound Interstate Highway 880 and one lane of the southbound Interstate 980 connector near the Jackson Street onramp in downtown Oakland will be closed for overnight deck work on Tuesday and Wednesday, Caltrans announced.
Work will be done between 6 p.m. Wednesday and 1 p.m. Thursday; one lane will open at all times on both highways.
Signs will be in place to notify motorists of the lane closures.
