Silver Alert Issued For Missing 91-Year-Old Man: Photo
The CHP has released photos of the man, his car and his license plate number.
CALIFORNIA — The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert for a missing at-risk man who was last seen Wednesday.
The CHP said that Richard Phillips, 91, was last seen on Wednesday in Pismo Beach in San Luis Obispo County. Authorities said he may be traveling in the counties of Monterey, Alameda, Solano, and Contra Costa.
Phillips is believed to be driving a 2000 white Acura TL with California license "4KKD845".
He is 5 feet tall 11 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has white hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
