Irvine's New community no Taxes, with above Pool, Restaurant, Garage

No Mello-Roos, no Association fees !!!

Gated community we have called "Hidden Meadows . Looking for new residents.

Outside restaurant features barbecue, though it is next to a field.

Current amenities :

• The first amenity added was a smoking section.
• Pool
• Cooking area / Resturant
• Public Transportation.
• Refuse storage .
• Public open air Lavatory
• Public Seating
• Public Sleeping
• No Rent
• No Taxes
• No Mello-Roos
• No association fees.
• Gated Community

The community is expanding , though typically at night.

I am looking for when a pickleball court is added. .

There is not even any rent.

There is a nearby landfill to dispose of the community's waste, though it appears to be approaching capacity.

Close to freeway for better commute to work, or you can just stay home and not work which is common for most residents.

Side note, I did notify Caltrans and they seemed to be fine with the new community, and its recent expansion.

Also, is anyone missing a beige colored car shelter?
