Ronald Norton Gottschalk, an Arcadia attorney who was disbarred for allegedly misappropriating money from clients, is due back in court on Monday for a pretrial hearing. Gottschalk is accused of misusing more than $345,000 from clients and also faces embezzlement charges, according to the California Bar Journal.
