Hearing Delayed for Arcadia Suspect in School Explosives Case
Joshua Parra-Davis' pre-trial hearing to possibly set a trial date will have to wait until July 26.
A pre-trial hearing for Joshua Parra-Davis, who is suspected of near in January, has been pushed back to July 26, according to officials from the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office.
Parra-Davis, a 23-year-old Arcadia resident, pleaded not guilty last month to four felony counts. He faces up to 19 years in prison if convicted on three counts of "felony possession of an explosive device near certain places" and one count of "felony possession of a destructive device near certain places."
