Police Nab Pasadena Armed Robbery Suspect in Arcadia

Pasadena Police have an Arcadia man in custody on suspicion of armed robbery.

Officers located 20-year-old Eddie McFadden in the 100 block of Alta Street in Arcadia on Thursday night following an exhaustive search that lasted several hours and involved police helicopters.

The search began around 8:20 p.m., according to scanner reports.

McFadden is accused of an armed robbery that took place March 13 in the 1900 block of north Arroyo Boulevard in Pasadena between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m., Pasadena Police Sgt. Mike Bugh said.

Bugh said he could not give more details, as the case is still under investigation.
