From an Arcadia Police Department press release.  3:30 p.m. According to the California Megan's Law registry, <a href="http://www.meganslaw.ca.gov/cgi/prosoma.dll?searchby=offender&amp;id=1869502401153&amp;lang=ENGLISH" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">James Randall McCain is a registered sex offender</a>. The site states he was convicted of lewd or lascivious acts on a child under the age of 14. 2:40 p.m. Police release a photo of James Randall McCain. He was last seen wearing a light blue polo shirt and jeans. 8 a.m. The seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" man. James Randall McCain is described as white, 58-years-old, 6-foot tall, and 175 pounds. He was last seen Monday at 4 p.m. at his home at 1124 W. Huntington Drive. McCain was recently dianosed with dementia. His medical condition has deteriorated recently and he is also described as looking jaundiced. McCain does not drive and does not have family in the local area. If you have information that can assist in safely locating McCain, call 911 or contact the Police Department at 626-574-5150.
