Suspicious Person Call Sparks Heavy Police Activity

Did you notice all the police activity Tuesday afternoon at an apartment complex on the corner of Santa Anita Ave and Christina Street?

It turns out it was all for naught.

Arcadia Police Lt. Tom Cullen said police received a call regarding a suspicious person inside the complex located in the 1000 block of Santa Anita Avenue around 12:30 p.m. and sent officers to investigate.

The person was not an intruder and had a right to be inside the apartment, Cullen said.
