150-Acre Fire Burning Near Beaumont

BEAUMONT, CA — Riverside County Fire personnel were on the scene of a brush fire in the Beaumont area Sunday.

Around 4:30 p.m. Sunday, 150 acres of vegetation was burning near the Jack Rabbit Trail and the Moreno Valley (60) Freeway, according to the agency.

Multiple air and ground resources were battling the flames.

No injuries or evacuations were reported at the time.
