Arrests Made In Beauty Store Theft Spree Across RivCo: Cops
Three women arrested on suspicion of swiping beauty products from a Moreno Valley store are also suspects in Redlands and Riverside thefts.

MORENO VALLEY, CA — Three women were arrested on suspicion of retail theft from a beauty supply store in Moreno Valley, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department announced Tuesday.
Deputies responded to a report of a theft in the 12600 block of Frederick Street around 2:10 p.m. on Monday, but when deputies arrived, the suspects had already left the area, the sheriff's department said.
Neighboring law enforcement agencies were provided with the descriptions of the three women and the vehicle they were traveling in, according to Sergeant Robert Martinez.

Officers from the Riverside Police Department were able to track down the vehicle and the three suspects in a parking lot near Madison Street and Garden Street in Riverside, the sheriff's department said.
All three women were detained without incident.

Investigators later found the suspects were allegedly also responsible for the thefts from additional beauty supply stores in Redlands and Riverside, the sheriff's department said.
According to Sergeant Martinez, thousands of dollars in fragrances and makeup were recovered from the suspect vehicle and later returned to the appropriate retailers.
The suspects were identified as Jasmine Payne, 32, of Hemet, Olivia Robertson-Chandler, 26, of Bakersfield and Tanganique Benard, 26, of Los Angeles.
All three women were booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center on suspicion of theft, burglary, organized retail theft, conspiracy and probation violations.
