Gilman Springs Road Near Beaumont Fully Closed Through Nov. 21

BEAUMONT, CA — Gilman Springs Road near Beaumont is closed in both directions and will remain that way through Nov. 21 due to construction.

The full shutdown between Bridge Street and just south of Alessandro Boulevard began at 6 a.m. Oct. 5.

The construction work includes building a new wildlife crossing and widening the road's shoulders and center median. The work is part of the $30 million Gilman Springs Road Safety Improvement Project that is expected to wrap up in the spring.
