By Staff Writer
Tucked between rolling hills and Southern California sunshine, the Golden Era Golf Course isn’t just a scenic spot for a satisfying round of golf — it’s also a powerhouse of community support.
Now open exclusively to eligible nonprofit organizations for their events,
meetings, fundraisers, banquets, and more, the SCGA-rated 9-hole course is
doing far more than helping golfers perfect their short game. It’s become a
community cornerstone — one drive, putt, and potluck at a time.

Over the years, more than 450 nonprofit groups, churches, and
schools have called the Golden Era Golf Course home for their events,
collectively raising an impressive $2.7 million for their
causes.
“The Golden Era Golf Course is a good, fair test of golf,” said the Director
of Rating at the Southern California Golf Association, praising the course's
balance of challenge and playability. Stretching over 3,000 yards
and featuring three tranquil lakes, the course offers players
a rewarding experience in a peaceful, picturesque setting.

Adding to its appeal, the course recently unveiled a brand-new fleet
of golf carts to better accommodate nonprofit fundraisers and their
guests — a welcome upgrade that’s already being well received by regular
visitors and first-time players alike.
But it's not just the fairways that are winning hearts. The course’s beautiful
clubhouse provides a polished, comfortable space for banquets, award
ceremonies, and community meetings, making it a favorite venue for a wide range
of nonprofit events.
Whether you're planning a charity tournament, school fundraiser, or just
looking for a meaningful setting to gather, Golden Era Golf Course continues to
offer a unique combination of hospitality, heart, and great golf.
