Helicopter Makes Emergency Landing In Beaumont, 2 Hospitalized

BEAUMONT, CA — Two members of a medical transport helicopter are in the hospital Thursday after the aircraft made an emergency landing in Beaumont

Firefighters responded at 12:25 a.m. to Highland Springs and Brookside avenues where they found the crew members, who were taken to a hospital in an unknown condition, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

The pilot was not injured during the emergency landing, the fire authority said.

The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the landing.
