Helicopter Makes Emergency Landing In Beaumont, 2 Hospitalized

A medical transport helicopter landed at Highland Springs and Brookside avenues Thursday.

Firefighters responded at 12:25 a.m. to Highland Springs and Brookside avenues where they found the crew members, who were taken to a hospital in an unknown condition, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

The pilot was not injured during the emergency landing, the fire authority said.

The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the landing.
