The 24-year-old woman is believed to have fired at a Honda while traversing I-10 after being "cut off" in traffic.

SAN BERNARDINO, CA — A 24-year-old Loma Linda has been charged with attempted murder in connection with a road rage shooting that disrupted a morning commute on the I-10 this month, the California Highway Patrol confirmed Tuesday.
Angeline Marie Gable, 24, was arrested in Fontana on March 16, the same day as the shooting, according to the CHP. She was booked at the San Bernardino County Detention Center on pending felony charges of attempted murder and discharging a firearm at an occupied vehicle.
Gable was released Thursday on $70,000 bond. She is slated to attend a pre-preliminary hearing on April 16 at 8:30 a.m. at the San Bernardino County Superior Court.

"The road rage incident led to shots being fired at a black Honda Civic," according to the CHP.

Witnesses call 911 to report the shooting. CHP officers investigated, making contact with the Civic driver and photographing bullet holes in the vehicle. The driver of the Civic was unharmed.
Investigators then used the statewide "Flock Safety cameras" system to learn that an image of the suspect's vehicle had been taken in the area.
Gable's gray Nissan Rogue was identified as the vehicle in question, and Fontana officers later found it through an automated license plate reader, according to the CHP.
She was pulled over and arrested that same day. Arresting officers found a loaded firearm in the car that matched the description of witnesses, according to CHP.
The CHP thanked Flock Safety and the allied agencies, adding that it was the result of "great teamwork to keep our roads safe."
