PERRIS, CA — A 28-year-old motorcyclist was killed Wednesday when he collided with a pickup truck at a Riverside intersection, where the driver turned in front of him.
The Riverside County Coroner's Bureau identified Randy Rodriguez Orozco of Perris as the victim who suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash.
Shortly before 5 a.m., Orozco collided with another vehicle at Indiana Avenue and Fensmuir Street, according to the Riverside Police Department Sgt. Tim Jensen. "Orozco was going westbound on Indiana Avenue at an unconfirmed speed when the driver of a Toyota pickup began a left turn onto Indiana Avenue from southbound Fensmuir Street. The woman apparently did not see the motorcyclist approaching and entered the victim's path."
