New Restaurant, Wine Bar Opens In Victoria Gardens Friday Nov. 14
Come for seasonally inspired dishes made with oak-fire grilling and brick-oven roasting cooking techniques, and each one under 595 calories.

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA — Seasons 52, a national fresh grill and wine bar chain restaurant, opens Friday Nov. 14 in the Inland Empire. The new restaurant, located in Victoria Gardens at 7915 Kew Ave, will offer guests a healthier way to eat and drink. Everything on the menu features 595 calories or fewer. The menu changes with each season, utilizing the best in-season produce.
The new restaurant is open Monday through Saturday for lunch from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and dinner Monday through Saturday 3 – 10 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Reservations are recommended but not required.
"Seasons 52 is known for its seasonally inspired dining 52 weeks a year, specializing in oak-fire grilling and brick-oven roasting cooking techniques, with all dishes having fewer than 595 calories. Menu items are handcrafted using 100% fresh, never-frozen, whole produce and thoughtfully sourced meats and seafood," according to a recent news release.

"These dishes encourage guests to feel good about their choices at every course without having to sacrifice flavor, with options including an assortment of flatbreads, such as Pesto Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella, as well as freshly prepared entrées, like Cedar Plank-Roasted Salmon, Caramelized Grilled Sea Scallops and Wood-Grilled Filet Mignon. Eight Mini Indulgence desserts offer the perfect amount to satisfy a sweet tooth, with selections including Belgian Chocolate S’mores and Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cannoli," a spokesperson for the restaurant said.
The restaurant’s menu offers ingredients sourced at peak freshness and flavor. Upon opening, Seasons 52 will feature its Autumn Menu, with limited-time offerings such as Alaska “Butter Fish”, Butternut Squash Soup, Roasted Mushroom Flatbread, Golden Beet Salad, and a Pumpkin Pie Mini Indulgence.

The Wine Bar offers a selection from an award-winning list carefully curated to complement the menu. Guests have the freedom to explore new styles with “Drink Them Before They’re Famous” – a collection of wines by the glass or bottle from up-and-coming producers.

Additionally, guests can enjoy seasonal, rotating wine flights, currently featuring Caymus wines. The Wine Bar also serves seasonal, artisanal cocktails made with fresh ingredients. Signature cocktails include the Hawaiian Pineapple Cosmopolitan and Cucumber Basil Smash, as well as Autumn Menu exclusives: the Blood Orange Margarita and Apple Bourbon Infusion.
A lively Happy Hour offered Monday through Friday from 3 – 6 p.m., features $6 glasses of wine, $7 cocktails and $12.50 wine and flatbread pairings, according to the release. Private dining space is available for both seated and reception-style events. In addition, Seasons 52 offers a Green Box at-home dining experience that serves four to six in a convenient takeout box.
