A fire broke out Thursday night in Pine Cove and a one-story home was damaged, according to Cal Fire.

The fire was reported at 9:16 p.m. Oct. 17 in the area of  Logan Creek Road and Marion Ridge Drive and four engine companies responded, Mark Annas of Cal Fire-Riverside County said in a statement.

The first firefighters on scene reported flames showing from a single-story family dwelling, Annas said. The fire was declared contained to 20 percent of the 1,500-square-foot home at 10 p.m.

No one was injured or displaced by the fire, Annas said. Information about the cause of the fire was not disclosed by Cal Fire. Southern California Edison personnel also responded.
