Pass Area Volunteers Among Those Recognized For By Blood Bank For Hundreds Of Hours Of Service
LifeStream blood bank volunteers received Presidential pins for service during 2016.
From LifeStream: LifeStream blood bank volunteers received Presidential pins for service during 2016 and the Shining Star as “Rookies of the Year” on Wednesday, April 26 at LifeStream’s San Bernardino Donor Center, 384 W. Orange Show Road; and Ontario Donor Center, 1959 E. Fourth St. National Volunteer Week, established in 1974, was April 23-29, 2017.

“We’re very proud of our dedicated volunteers, who contribute so much to the LifeStream mission,” said Pat Schindler, LifeStream’s volunteer services manager. “It was a pleasure to host and honor them for all they do for our community.
“Our volunteers assist donors in the canteen following their life-giving deeds, transport needed blood products to hospital partners, represent LifeStream at community events, register community members to the national marrow registry program, and more.”
