At-Risk Missing Riverside Man Sought Across County: Have You Seen Edgar?
Edgar Diaz Torres walked away from a board-and-care home where he lives and has been missing since Saturday.

RIVERSIDE, CA — Concerns mounted Monday for the welfare of a 29-year-old man missing from the Riverside board-and-care facility where he lives, police say.
Edgar Diaz Torres was last seen around 9:20 p.m. Friday in the 3000 block of Franklin Avenue, according to Riverside Police Officer Ryan Railsback.
"Diaz walked away from the facility where he resides and was known to frequent the area of University and Chicago avenues in the eastside area," Railsback said. He suffers from seizures and has the cognitive skills of a 12-year-old.

Torres was described as a Hispanic man standing 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing at 159 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts was asked to contact the department's Public Safety Communications Center at 951-354-2007 and mention his report number of 250031163.
