Two People Injured In Pine Cove Motel Fire
One seriously injured person was taken by air ambulance to a nearby hospital.
PINE COVE, CA — One person was left with severe injuries and another had moderate injuries early Monday after a motel fire in the 23400 block of Highway 243.
In a Facebook post, Riverside City Fire Department said the two people were rescued from the second floor of a motel during a large fire that broke out around 3:40 a.m.
Firefighters were on scene for several hours battling the fire, according to the post. It was later extinguished.
