Woman, 19, Shot, Killed In Riverside; Suspect Arrested
The suspected shooter fled the scene before officers arrived, but was found and taken into custody Thursday, police said.
RIVERSIDE, CA — A 19-year-old woman was shot and killed in Riverside Thursday and police took a suspect into custody.
Riverside Police Department officers were called at about 4:15 p.m. to a home in the 330 block of Eucalyptus Avenue on reports of the shooting, according to a department spokesperson.
Arriving officers found the woman suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, and she was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
