• Plans to expand school for dyslexia in Belmont hits pushback (smdailyjournal.com) — A proposed expansion of Belmont’s Charles Armstrong School would add 30 dyslexic students and new classroom and gym facilities, but many nearby Belmont and San Carlos residents worry about traffic, noise, and neighborhood impacts. The school, near the San Carlos border, is asking the city to boost enrollment from 260 to 290 after a similar plan was rejected in 2005.
