Benicia Theatre Group Announces Open Auditions for The Fantasticks

Benicia Theatre Group is excited to announce another round of open auditions for its upcoming Fall 2025 musical, The Fantasticks!

📅 Date: Sunday, August 10⏰ Auditions: 4:00–6:00 PM⏰ Callbacks: 6:00–8:00 PM📍 Location: B.D.E.S. Portuguese Hall, 140 W J St, Benicia

Actors should prepare a one‑minute song in the style of the show and bring sheet music for the accompanist. Sides and music for auditions can be downloaded in advance at beniciatheatregroup.org/auditions.

Rehearsals are scheduled to begin August 31 and will run Sunday through Wednesday evenings, 7:00–10:00 PM. Please note that the schedule may adjust slightly based on cast availability. If you have any known conflicts—whether during rehearsals, tech week, or performance dates—please share them at your audition. This will not automatically disqualify you from being cast, but will help with planning.
