I-80 Freeway Closed Overnight In Solano County
The freeway is closed for two consecutive nights this week starting Wednesday night, according to Caltrans.
SOLANO COUNTY, CA — Interstate 80 was scheduled to be completely closed in one direction at a time for two consecutive nights this week as crews work to elevate the Springs Road Overcrossing in Vallejo as part of the ongoing I-80 Six Bridges Project.
Caltrans' closure of eastbound I-80 in Vallejo was set to start at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, and continue until 5 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 14.
The full overnight closure of westbound I-80 in Vallejo is set to start at 11 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, and continue until 4 a.m. Friday, Jan. 15.

During the I-80 closures, eastbound and westbound I-80 onramps in Vallejo were expected to be closed as needed to facilitate the work safely.

Motorists traveling eastbound on I-80 need to access Interstate Highway 780 to state Highway 29 to state Highway 37 to I-80.
Motorists traveling westbound on I-80 need to take SR-37 to SR-29 to I-780 to I-80.
