Solano Bikeway Portion Closed Due To Mudslide
Last week's winter storm caused a mudslide that closed the Solano Bikeway above eastbound I-80 outside Vallejo, Caltrans said.
VALLEJO, CA — Last week's winter storm caused a mudslide that closed the Solano Bikeway above eastbound Interstate Highway 80 outside Vallejo, Caltrans said.
The mudslide, which is across the interstate from the Hunter Hill rest area, made the route impassable until fixes can be made, Caltrans spokesman Alexander Tidd said in a press release Thursday.
The length of bikeway between Vallejo and Cordelia is closed until further notice, Caltrans said.
