BART Trains Bypass North Berkeley Station Due To Police Activity

BART uses social media to alert the public to the undisclosed issue.

BERKELEY, CA — BART trains were not stopping at the North Berkeley station for a short period of time Monday afternoon, BART officials announced on social media.

Officials sent out an alert at 4:04 p.m. about the indefinite delay, which was due to police activity at the station for an unknown reason.

Service was restored at about 4:11 p.m., BART officials said on its Twitter page.
